On the shoutbox there is a 'log in' button in the top right hand corner
Click that and you will be able to speak in the chatroom.
Remember you must have a registered account to do this.

Hello every onee. I am rew-lee-ohz lol idk why its so hard to pronounc for some ppl... but i have had xbox for a couple of years but i got rings a couple of times and lost an account so yeah.
