On the shoutbox there is a 'log in' button in the top right hand corner
Click that and you will be able to speak in the chatroom.
Remember you must have a registered account to do this.

lol the only kind of modding i have done is with a usb plug lol. I am a very active gamer and i really wish to somehow land my self into an unlock all lobby in MW2
