On the shoutbox there is a 'log in' button in the top right hand corner
Click that and you will be able to speak in the chatroom.
Remember you must have a registered account to do this.

Where I live: I live in maryland ( EST ).

Why I should be staff: I will help the site and try to keep ppl from spamming the posts and flaming.

Not the best Application nor the worst I would recommend fixing grammar and telling us a little more of why you should be a Staff member.
