On the shoutbox there is a 'log in' button in the top right hand corner
Click that and you will be able to speak in the chatroom.
Remember you must have a registered account to do this.

We should have a forum for sharing DLC like uploading xbla games and profiles that we have.
Just a suggestion i already have a tut up on how to share it.
