On the shoutbox there is a 'log in' button in the top right hand corner
Click that and you will be able to speak in the chatroom.
Remember you must have a registered account to do this.

I am z e r o's right hand man, he will almost always be on helping as many people as he can and when he is not able to be on i will be helping as many people as i can. I play HALO, cod 5, cod 4 and and fps that isint mw2 because i hate mw2.
