On the shoutbox there is a 'log in' button in the top right hand corner
Click that and you will be able to speak in the chatroom.
Remember you must have a registered account to do this.

i think its pretty god dam awesome so far because the weapons,perks and killstreaks are just awesome but im dissapointed that they didnt keep the nuke from Mw2
