On the shoutbox there is a 'log in' button in the top right hand corner
Click that and you will be able to speak in the chatroom.
Remember you must have a registered account to do this.

[list][*] i got a text today from gamestop saying that i need to go in on monday at 9pm to finalize payment on black ops normal edition... i ordered it online, just as i did with MW2, and i got this text... i looked online, and it seems that i dont need to go at 9, i just need to pick it up within 48hours.. is this true? false? i would like to know plz. and has anybody else had this problem?

I would check with the store. Take a few snapshots of the order and show them that plus the text you received.
