On the shoutbox there is a 'log in' button in the top right hand corner
Click that and you will be able to speak in the chatroom.
Remember you must have a registered account to do this.

They're should be an auctions section where people can Buy, sell and trade things accounts, services, items and maybe like PSN/LIVE cards. Just a suggestion. I have plenty more things if you want to hear them.
