On the shoutbox there is a 'log in' button in the top right hand corner
Click that and you will be able to speak in the chatroom.

Yes, You can colorize the Topic Names. Don't Over use it or you Will be banned as it does get annoying

To Colorize topic Title, Use this Bar to the Right of where you type the topic Text

Personally I would recommend a colour scheme e.g. Red for stickied topics?
